Thanksgiving Day brought us a foot of snow and 28 hours without power. Thanksgiving lunch was a tuna sandwich and dinner was hot dogs and beans cooked on our wood stove. I wouldn't have had it any other way... It was a day filled with thanks and counting our blessings. The hot dogs and beans were hot, and we have a roof over our heads. We were surrounded by our critter kids and spent a quiet day enjoying each others company.
Today the sun is shining, power is restored, and our turkey is cooked. Life is good.
I also have some beautiful pictures to share.
